The furnace has a two-layer design, an inner furnace, and an outer furnace. In a high-temperature and oxygen-shortage environment, the materials, conveyed by a screw feeder, will be fully carbonized and pyrolyzed into charcoal inside the two-layer furnaces.

The furnace installs the whole heating system, including the burner, pipes, combustion chambers, fan, burner jets and electric lighters. The main function is for the furnace startup and preheating in the beginning stage.

During the temperature-rising period,  through the dust-removal process, the syngas generated in the furnace will be collected and recycled to heat the furnace as fuel.

The cooling discharge system also works reasonably, and the carbonized charcoal is firstly transported out from a single cooling conveyor, then fall down one 3-layer screw cooling conveyor.

Here, the invention of the combustion chamber is our Exclusive Patent, where the mixed gas in the high-temperature combustion process, tar, wood vinegar, and other harmful gases are gasified. then we can get pure flammable gas, which is the main source of combustion heat of the furnace.

Finally, the excess heat is cooled by the cooling devices to complete the carbonization process.
