1. Carbonization temperature.

If the carbonization temperature is too low, the tar substance overflows the surface of the material to form particles, and the carbonization is not complete; if the carbonization temperature is too high, the finished charcoal will be loose and easy to be broken.

2. Charring time. 

Charring time is also a very important factor. Too short a charring time will lead to insufficient carbonizing; too long a charring time will reduce the quality of the finished charcoal.

3. Drum rotating speed. 

Don't neglect the rotating speed of the carbonization drums, the rotating speed of the carbonization drum directly affects the carbonization time. If the rotating speed of the carbonization drum is too fast, the raw material will stay in the carbonization drum for a shorter time, a large amount of volatiles will release in a short time, and the strength of the carbonized charcoal will be reduced and the appearance will not be good; if the rotating speed of the carbonization drum is too slow, the efficiency of the equipment will be lowered, and the output will be reduced as well.

4. Controlling the charring temperature, time, and drum speed of the carbonizing furnace is the key to producing high-quality charcoal.
