We all know that bagasse contains a lot of cellulose and lignin, so it can be turned into treasure by using a carbonization furnace. Sugarcane bagasse carbonization production process:

Firstly, the bagasse is crushed into particles within 2cm, then dried until the moisture content is less than 15%, and then enter the carbonization equipment.


In the high-temperature heating and pyrolysis process of the carbonization equipment, the organic compounds of bagasse are decomposed. The temperature in the furnace is controlled at 600-700°C and the carbonization process is completed in about half an hour, finally, the charcoal powder is cooled and sent out through the cooling discharger.
