The production process of converting wood into charcoal has the following 7 steps.
1. Belt conveyor: it is used to convey the material into the drying oven.
2. Drying furnace: the materials are pre-dried here, and the materials with excessive moisture content need to be dried first before meeting the carbonization conditions.
3. Carbonization furnace: The dried materials are put into the continuous carbonization furnace, where they are carbonized and pyrolyzed. Our carbonization main furnace is a double-layer structure, and the materials need to carry out a round trip in the carbonization furnace, that is to say, the discharging and feeding are both on one side.
4. Discharging system: The carbonized material is cooled down and discharged through the screw discharging system.
5. Dedusting system: the dedusting system is used to filter and dedust the smoke produced by carbonization to meet the requirement of safe environmental protection.
6. Water Seal: It is used to filter the impurities of the gas produced in the process of carbonization and prevent the gas from tempering.
7. Spraying water tower: It is used to filter the particulate matter in the flue gas, so that the emission of combustion exhaust gas meets the requirements.
