After the lignite carbonization furnace is ignited, the temperature in the furnace goes higher than 100℃, and the water in the lignite evaporates.
When the temperature in the furnace rises above 200℃, the crystalline water in the lignite is released.
When the temperature in the furnace rises above 400℃, most of the gas and tar in the lignite is precipitated, and the pyrolysis begins.
When the temperature in the furnace rises above 550℃, the lignite will gradually form semi-coke, and remove the remaining volatile substances.
When the temperature in the furnace rises above 800℃, the volume of semi-coke shrinks to harden and form porous coke.
