10 T/H DRI Briquetting Production Line

To make one turnkey project of 10 tons/h DRI fines briquette production line, we need to make the whole line run smoothly and automatically.

Here the following is description of the 6 systems in the production line, 

Materials Proportioning Control System, Mixing system,  Briquetting system, Drying System, Conveying System and Electrical system.

1. Materials Proportioning Control System

Four Hoppers for materials proportioning control system are designed, one DRI fines hopper, two reductant hoppers and one binder hopper. The inverters are installed to control the flow of each materials, thus the user can get the accurate ratio according to their production needs. This proportion system is just designed by our preliminary idea and user can put forward your proportion plan and we can make further discussion to fulfil your plan.

2. Mixing system

Materials mixing system is to ensure all the materials mixed well before briquetting. Here three sets mixing equipments are used, two sets twin-shaft mixers are for first mixing, which are positioned vertically and the mixture will be transported to the second mixing process—wheel mixer. The wheel mixer has the function of pressing and mixing in one to increase the density of the mixers. It makes the good preparation work before briquetting system.

3. Briquetting System

Briquetting system is the key process of the whole line. The briquette press is the twin driving shaft transmission type with the hydraulic working system. The reducer passes the power to two driving shafts to make the rollers rotating, the generated super pressure to squeeze and press the mixtures to get the high density briquettes. The core part—rollers are made of Cr15SiMn Alloy, which is hard wearing and with high hardness. Therecommended finished briquette is oblateness shape, diameter 40mm, which is beneficial for being smelt in the furnace.

4. Drying System

Drying system is to reduce the iron briquettes into lower level as required less than 1%. It includes two sets dryers, natural gas burner and burning chambers, dust collecting system, fan, etc.

5. Conveying System

Conveying system is to use the belt conveyors to connect each process to work smoothly. The conveyors are installed with electric drums transmission, it ensures the working stability and reliable sealing.

6. Electric Control System

Electrical panel is to control all the motors and electric parts centrally and systematically. All the parts are based on 3 phase electricity setting in users' country.
